Peter French’s The Anubieion at Saqqara IV: Pottery of the Late Dynastic Period with Comparative Material from the Sacred Animal Necropolis is a pottery catalogue detailing the Late Period finds from the temple of Anubis at Saqqara. As well as standard cleaning up of text and formatting, the typesetting of the book, totalling 300 pages, included:

  • setting tables of data on almost every page. The tables ranged in size from a single row of data through to multiple pages
  • a section of plates at the end of the book. The plates had to be set to scale, the majority of which were at a ratio of 1:3
  • spending extra time making sure the specific formatting of the pottery reference numbers had imported properly across the book
